Robert J. Titus
Bob oversees business operations at Innovative Solutions, and is also a member of the ownership group. Bob
has a dual degree in Accounting and Business Management from Syracuse University, and has been working as
an operations specialist for the last 24 years.
In addition to being a client liaison when it comes to customer service, Bob leads the company in the day
to day operations such as HR, purchasing, and accounting. He also works to secure educational grants for
the company, develop working relationships with vendors, and new hire recruiting. If you stop by the
Innovative booth at a career fair, he’s likely to be front and center, as he is always ready to meet
talented individuals who may be a good fit for the team.
Robert F. Dunning
Bob has over 22 years of experience in designing and developing applications for our clients, and is a
prominent member of the ownership group. These applications range from business and ERP systems, intranet
applications, business portals, and eCommerce websites. Bob focuses on account management, project management,
and software development.
Bob works on a daily basis to assess client needs and define appropriate solutions. This often means he works
with multiple departments and contacts on the client side, and his project task list varies, ranging from
business and ERP systems, network solutions, intranets, business portals, and Internet applications.
Bob earned his Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton and has a Masters in
Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a Novell Certified Netware Engineer
(CNE) and also a Certified IBM eServer Professional.
Kamini Mankani
Kamini oversees the e-commerce and web development team at Innovative. She has been with the company
for over ten years, and is a member of the ownership group. Kamini has a Bachelors Degree in Management
Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology and has a Masters in Business Administration
from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Skilled in ASP, .NET, Visual Basic and MS SQL Server, Kamini specializes in designing and developing web
solutions and custom software applications, and she works with Innovative’s solutions architects and
developers on a daily basis. On particularly complex projects, she also holds the position of project
manager and client contact.
Kevin McMahon
Kevin is the Buffalo Branch Manager, a member of the ownership group, and has been with the company
for more than 11 years. He specializes in communications and the integration of different hardware platforms and has worked
with Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008. Kevin has extensive experience with Novell Netware, Linux, Cisco Hardware and the
TCP-IP protocol.
Kevin specializes in large wide area networks that use private lines, VPNs, Proxies, Firewall and Email
servers. He is an expert at troubleshooting wide area network communications and performance issues and
also has experience developing Internet applications and tools in various languages, including Perl and
ASP.Net. He has a Bachelor Degree in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
