Location: Rochester, NY
Innovative Solutions currently has a position available for a Technical Lead for .NET and SQL. This is a mid-level position with 4 plus years experience required. Candidate should have worked in a leadership role and have strong analytical and problem solving skills, be detailed oriented and have strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify needs and define functional requirements.
- Design feasible solution based on client’s needs. Ability to think outside the box.
- Design, develop and implement applications in .Net and SQL Server technologies.
- Provide technical assistance proactively to customers and team members. Desire to insert oneself in the middle of crisis to offer assistance.
- Adhere to standards and recommend other best practices to the team.
- Take the lead on technical issues as well as guide/mentor other developers.
- Desire to learn new technology and help educate and implement it in the organization.
Required Technical Experience
- BS in MIS/Information Technology/Computer Science.
- 4 plus years experience programming in .NET languages, SQL, structure program design and relational database theory required.
- Microsoft SQL Server database management.
- MSSQL Replication and SQL Reporting Services a plus.
Required Personal Attributes
- Independently motivated and detail oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time. We have many clients, with lots of different needs.
